Steve possesses a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Management and 28 years of work experience in various industries. He has 20 years in management, 15 years in upper-management, and is aware of all aspects of operations from sales, to accounting to strategic operational leveraging of profit and loss.

Steve has well-established relationships with all vendors in the pool and spa industry and will continue to leverage those relationships to strengthen our success and growth. Training and coaching are two of Steve’s many strong points, and his management style has created a long track record of loyal, well-trained team members.

Eric brings a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and years of superior sales training techniques to our company. 

Building long-lasting relationships with customers adds to our return and referral business. Eric’s vast knowledge of all brands of pools and spas is a huge asset to the continued success of Champion Pool and Spa Supply.

Jill has over 37 years of experience in retail and the pool and spa industry. In 1984, she joined a local pool company and within a year she was promoted to store manager. Jill was involved with opening new store locations and operated the largest volume and most profitable retail store for 20 years. 

In 2014, Jill left her position to join Steve Jones, Eric Breuker and Dave Chandler to open Champion Pool and Spa Supply. Jill brings experience of store operations, customer relations and a vast knowledge of pools and spas.
